Dandy's World Floors

In Dandy's World, players will face a variety of randomly generated floors. Each floor layout is unique, with the elevator starting area, item and Twisted spawn points, and machine locations all being semi-randomized at the beginning of each floor.

There are two elevators on each map: one acts as the main elevator, while the other is marked with yellow tape and a "BROKEN" sign reading "DO NOT ENTER." Be cautious of the broken elevator!

For each floor you successfully survive, you will earn 5 Ichor. Surviving multiple floors provides an opportunity to gather valuable resources and progress further in the game.

👫 Types 👫

There are several different floor layouts, most with their own individual variants. The game has a total of 18 maps (including variants), with 7 unique maps excluding variants.

Rainbow Room

The Rainbow Room is a map that typically appears at the start of a game alongside the Library and Projector Room. It features a blue wall with rainbow stripes across the map and a brown wooden floor. This floor has 7 variants, which is the most of any floor in the game.

🙆 Trivia 🙆

  • Astro's Room is the room with the highest chance of spawning bandages, which makes up for its considerable size.
  • Despite the Diner being possible to see on floor 5, the probability is very low. It usually spawns around floor 7 and above.
  • Just like the diner, Astro's Room can be seen on floor 15 but is usually seen at around 16.
  • When a Blackout occurs inside one of the versions of The Rainbow Room, the projection of the Razzle & Dazzle cartoon will not appear.
  • The gift shop has shelves of plushies of the Main Characters, which are all nearly sold out except for Shelly, which could imply she is the least popular out of them. This also further proves that Shelly is often ignored, which is said in her Twisted Form’s description about the “blatant ignorance of her existence,” along with her dialogue with Looey, where he didn’t notice her and she replies that she “gets that a lot.”
  • While on the Greenhouse floor, you can hear birds chirping, and in some cases, squirrel noises.
  • The Rainbow Rooms are the only floor type to have two maps that have different names being the Projector Room and the Library Room.

🔱 Events 🔱

  • See Blackouts for more information.

An event called a "Blackout" occurs every so often, the chance of it happening increasing the more floors you descend.

The blackout chance starts at 5% on floor 3 (4% if the Electrician card is picked), and increases by 2% (1.5% if the Electrician card is picked) each floor until a maximum of 30% is reached, which can be reduced to 25% with the use of the Electrician card.

Blackouts make the entire floor dark, with only a small bit of light surrounding your Toon. However, the light’s radius during Blackouts increases in size if you are playing Brightney/Vee/Astro/Connie, are using the Spare Bulb Trinket, or pick the Sparkplug Card.

More events are planning on being added.
